In PwC's regulatory risk compliance area, you will focus on ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients. You will provide guidance on compliance strategies and help clients navigate complex regulatory scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct KYC, KYE, KYS and third-party Due Diligence processes;
- Perform background checks and reputational and regulatory risk analysis;
- Support in the creation, review and implementation of policies, procedures and internal controls;
- Act on initiatives related to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and Regulatory Compliance;
- Support internal investigations and handling related to the Ethics Channel;
- Participate in the implementation and strengthening of Integrity Programs and ethical culture;
- Develop training and awareness actions in compliance;
- Prepare analyzes, reports and executive presentations;
- Act on projects with different stakeholders, ensuring quality and adherence to regulatory requirements;
- Support corporate risk assessment and mitigation processes.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Previous experience in Compliance, AML, KYC, Due Diligence or Risk Management.
- Experience in companies with a regulated environment, consultancies, banks, fintechs or multinationals.
- Knowledge of compliance policies, internal controls and corporate governance.
- Experience with compliance tools/platforms will be a differential.
- Intermediate or advanced English.
- Full higher education in Law, Administration, International Relations, Economics or related fields.
- Post-graduate degree in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit or Governance will be considered a differential.
Key Differentiators:
- Experience in a Big Four firm.
- Experience with AML/KYC in financial institutions or fintechs.
- Participation in projects implementing integrity programs.
- Experience with tools like Lexis Nexis, Neoway, Advice, Be Compliance or similar.
