Promote and deliver People and Organization related consulting services to external clients. For this Associate ~ Senior Associate role, responsibilities include conducting market research and relevant methodological studies on topics surrounding People and Organization, coordinating meetings and events effectively to facilitate client communication and project delivery, drafting and developing project proposals and deliverables in a timely manner, and supporting other internal or external project tasks as requested. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Education Requirement: Master's degree or above.
- Language Conditions:
- TOEIC 850 or above
- IELTS 6.5 or above
- TOEFL iBT 90 or above
- Proficient Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Skills in data analysis tools like Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, Alteryx are preferred.
- Job Skills: Professional certification in compensation & benefits, training instructor, HR professional, or project management is preferred.
