About the Program Program combines 2 areas of Sales work in which you will have the chance to learn skills which every good sales leader needs to have: Already in the first phase of your journey, you are fully responsible for your own accounts. You will influence in-store promotions, executions, visibility, sufficient stock level and learn priceless retail experience for your future. Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements. Not only develop your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding.
