The Central Functions Team provides comprehensive HR management services to employees of all departments of our Center and performs tasks related to areas such as: Human Resources Development, Communication, Administration, Risk Management, Internal Finance, Automation and Improvements, and IT. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an HR Specialist to engage in diverse HR services and personnel administration within a dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Participation in the onboarding process of new employees (handling meetings and preparing and completing HR documentation necessary for employment).
  • Entering, updating, and verifying data in HR Tech systems.
  • Maintaining personnel files in electronic form.
  • Handling employee inquiries and requests.
  • Supporting the team in ongoing HR processes.
  • Reporting.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Interest in developing in the HR area, supported by professional experience and/or specialized training/studies.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Accuracy and very good work organization.
  • Practical knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Communicative level of English (min. B2).
  • Communication skills and a proactive approach to cooperation.
