Eligibility / Qualification Required:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to join a growing organization in Abu Dhabi. This role will play a key part in managing procurement processes, ensuring timely supply of materials, and supporting the smooth operation of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for Emirati nationals looking to build their career in procurement and supply chain management within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the procurement of goods, materials, and supplies required for operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Prepare and maintain purchase orders, supplier agreements, and procurement documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast requirements and manage budget allocations.
  • Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Assist in vendor negotiations and maintain professional relationships with suppliers.
  • Track shipments and deliveries, addressing discrepancies or delays as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor relations.

  • Must be a UAE- Local eligible to work in Abu Dhabi.
