Key responsibilities include: Conducting selection processes for entry programs (Apprentice, Intern, and Trainee); Interface with internal areas such as HR, T&D, and Marketing; Management of R&S consultancies and suppliers; Organization and participation in employability fairs and corporate events; Monitoring schedules and ensuring deadlines and process quality.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Complete higher education (Bachelor's Degree)
- Experience with young talent programs
- Strong organization and management of multiple processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate/Advanced English
