Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Graduate of an engineering school, business school, or a 3rd cycle university degree.
  • Significant experience (6 years of experience) in an HR consulting environment, ideally at a similar level.
  • Generalist expertise in HR policies, with confirmed experience in team management and complex HR project steering.
  • Marked competence in L&D (learning and development) and/or C&B (compensation and benefits), with an ability to coach and train HR teams and managers.
  • Advanced mastery of the implementation, steering, and optimization of HR systems.
  • Fluent in French and English, both oral and written.

Your Missions:

You will evolve within a multidisciplinary and international team and work with them to meet our clients' needs by proposing innovative solutions. You will thus have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in your assignments and enrich your professional convictions. Some examples of assignments include:
  • Definition and optimization of HR policies: recruitment, mobility, performance management, global compensation (C&B), skills development (L&D).
  • Design and supervision of professional development programs, creation and optimization of corporate universities, deployment of people review systems, elaboration of competency frameworks, implementation of strategic workforce planning.
  • Definition and steering of global compensation strategy, management of specific plans for sales forces, management of salary transparency, training, and support for managers on compensation issues.
You will also contribute to the development of the team within and outside the firm by assisting with the following:
  • Animation and development of our internal and external communication.
  • Participation in strategic reflection (Thought Leadership) to identify topics to position ourselves on.
  • Contribution to the development of the firm.
  • Participation in business development and responses to calls for tenders.
  • Contribution to calls for tenders by guaranteeing our internal offers and maintaining client relationships.
