What you will be doing:
Programme & Project Management
- Manage programmes from enrolment through to completion, certification and reporting.
- Coordinate programme timelines, communications, resources and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support and manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project objectives.
- Monitor learner progress, programme performance and key metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct programme evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Business Development & Go-to-Market
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies to drive programme growth and enrolment.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and client-facing materials.
- Support promotional activities, webinars, events and client engagement initiatives.
Learning Design & Delivery
- Design, coordinate and deliver learning interventions, workshops and certification-related programmes.
- Support the development of programme content, learning materials and participant resources.
- Facilitate selected learning sessions and participant engagement activities.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve learner outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, professional bodies, universities, certification providers and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers and internal teams to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for programme participants and stakeholders throughout the programme lifecycle.
