Your team: You will join the Legal team of the PwC Société d’Avocats office based in Strasbourg, carrying out both advisory and litigation missions, and primarily intervening in the following areas of business law: commercial law, contract law, intellectual property law, and distribution/consumer law. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Your Missions:
- Intervene in various commercial law missions, including:
- Conducting audit work (due diligence/vendor due diligence) in M&A operations.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all types of contracts.
- Where appropriate, depending on your profile, assisting clients with the protection and management of intangible assets (e.g., filing, monitoring, defense of intellectual property rights portfolios, protection of know-how, etc.) and contractual frameworks (e.g., assignment agreements, license agreements, co-ownership agreements, etc.).
- Assisting clients with DGCCRF controls.
- Assist and represent clients regionally, nationally, and internationally.
- Supervise less experienced collaborators, actively participating in their training and development within the Firm.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to support the development of the firm.
Your Profile:
- Hold a postgraduate degree in business law: M2 Business Law such as DJCE or other M2 Intellectual Property such as CEIPI.
- Also hold the Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocat (CAPA).
- Have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional experience.
- Be dynamic, curious, and possess a strong team spirit.
- Mandatory proficiency in English; proficiency in German is appreciated.
