PwC is looking to incorporate a Head of Security Services to lead the corporate security strategy in a multinational environment. The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring the protection of people, assets, and information, as well as defining and implementing global security policies. They will also play a key role in the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) strategy and crisis management, contributing to the organization's operational resilience. This is a high-impact and highly visible position, aimed at a senior profile with a long-term development vocation.
Key functions:
- Define, implement, and supervise the comprehensive corporate security plan.
- Lead risk management, establishing preventive and corrective measures.
- Coordinate internal teams and external security providers.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in security matters.
- Manage security incidents and prepare reports for management.
- Interact with international teams and contribute to the global alignment of policies.
- Actively participate in the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
- Lead the response to critical incidents and crisis situations.
- Drive drills, tests, and periodic reviews of the BCP, as well as tests and audits within the company's own security service.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Qualification as Chief of Security / Security Director (TIP).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions in multinational environments.
- Senior profile with consolidated experience in team leadership and vendor management.
- Knowledge of corporate security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and crisis management.
- English level B2 or higher.
- High capacity for decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Proactivity, rigor, and orientation towards excellence.
Desirable:
- Experience in international and/or complex environments.
- Knowledge of frameworks and certifications, as well as the possibility of being certified in ISO 22301 and ISO 27001.
- Professional security certifications (e.g., ASIS, CPP or others).
