Job Summary/Major Responsibilities:- Establish infrastructure for operational support to Cards (Issuing & Acquiring), branchless banking and digital segments/fin-techs for existing and new business initiatives.
- Ensure provision of Operational support for system enhancements, migrations and technology upgrade.
- Manage preparation and updating of operational manuals/SOPs for relevant products & portfolios.
- Team building, employee engagement and contribution to create congenial environment at work place.
- Conflict management, grievance handling and resolution at work place.
- Overall operational support and management of key deliverables.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of banking experience.
