The purpose of this position is to oversee the function of bill generation of domestic, commercial and industrial customers with in the franchise area of assigned zone.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

MBA with 2 years of relevant experience.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end billing process for industrial, domestic, and commercial connections within the jurisdiction of designated zone.
• Develop a meter reading plan on monthly basis to strictly follow the monthly billing cycle of the assigned zone.
• Review meter readings, consumption patterns, and billing records to identify discrepancies and resolve billing errors promptly.
• Coordinate with meter reading teams and data entry staff to ensure timely and accurate capture of consumption data for billing purposes.
• Ensure that meter reading activity is accomplished timely as per approved plan.
• Ensure that meter readings are entered into CC&B for bill generation in a timely manner.
• Ensure that bills are printed and delivered to the respective customers as per the billing cycle.
• Prepare billing reports on monthly basis for reporting purposes.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to billing statements and meter readings in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the customer service team for efficient processing for billing dispute resolution and customer account management.
• Provide support and guidance to customers regarding billing inquiries, payment options, and billing-related complaints.
• Comply with the risk management framework.
• Participate actively in risk management activities across the organization.
• Ensure that key risks are identified, reported, recorded and managed in a timely manner.
• Receive appropriate training in risk management.
• Undertake any other assignment as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
