A career as Caribbean Region Assurance Chief of Staff, part of Internal Firm Services, provides the opportunity to work at the centre of the Assurance leadership agenda. This role supports the Regional Assurance Leader, by driving strategic priorities, operational excellence, and cross-territory collaboration across the region. The Assurance Chief of Staff acts as a trusted advisor, integrator, and executor, helping translate strategy into action. This position encompasses responsibilities such as business planning, performance analysis, governance, leadership development, and plays a key role in advancing transformation initiatives. The role also involves close collaboration with territory Assurance leaders and central firm functions. Working directly with the Regional Assurance Leader and Assurance leadership teams, the individual will support initiatives that strengthen quality, consistency, growth, and people experience across the region. The role involves significant interaction with territory leadership and collaboration with teams such as Transformation, R&Q, Finance, HC, Digital, Markets, and Business Services, ensuring that priorities are progressed effectively and delivered at pace. As a Senior Manager or above, you will work as part of a leadership support team of problem solvers, helping Assurance leadership address complex business issues from strategy through execution.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- High-performing Senior Manager, or Director candidates should demonstrate a proven record of success in:
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task for effective management of multiple projects/activities and/or competing priorities
- Managing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions
- Working independently, exercising strong judgement and discretion
- Summarising complex topics clearly for senior audiences
- Balancing big-picture thinking with attention to operational detail
- Professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CA, ACCA) or equivalent experience within Assurance or professional services.

- Strong understanding of Assurance operations, quality, and regulatory environment
- Proven success or experience in innovative technologies and tools
- Experience working across territories or within a regional or network structure
