You will join a team of passionate consultants dedicated to the transformation of insurers and financial services. You will actively participate in its development, focusing on areas like Insurance Industry Consulting and Business Transformation.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Your Missions:

  • Concrete transformation and strategic steering projects, close to clients and their issues, across a wide range of topics including:
    • Strategy & Operations Transformation: Target Operating Model, nearshoring/offshoring strategy, shared services, process redesign.
    • Operational Efficiency: Improvement and monitoring of processes, productivity improvement, process automation, performance related to generative AI, operational deployment related to the implementation of claims management solutions…
    • Operating Cost Optimization: Zero-based budgeting, purchasing optimization, IT efficiency, Complex transformation program management.
  • Examples of missions:
    • Generate 30% productivity gains in underwriting and claims through redesigning management methods, implementing continuous improvement, and effective team performance management.
    • Optimize the offshoring strategy and the target operating model with operational entities, including business, IT, and financial impacts, to maximize the use of offshored services (+50% target).
    • Identify efficiency gain opportunities for an operational BU, define initiatives, and support their implementation to achieve a budget gain of 10 to 20%.
    • Optimize an insurer's external spending to secure measurable financial gains (10% impact) by deploying Zero-Based Budgeting / demand management.
  • You will also contribute to the development of the team within and outside the firm by assisting with the following topics:
    • Animation and development of our internal and external communication.
    • Participation in strategic reflection work (Thought Leadership) to identify topics to position on.
    • Contribution to the development of the firm.
    • Participation in business development and responding to calls for tenders.

Your Profile:

  • You are a graduate of an engineering or business school or hold a 3rd Cycle degree.
  • You have significant consulting experience with experience in the insurance sector.
  • You have developed skills in operational strategy, optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • You are curious, enthusiastic, and proactive.
  • You can adapt to varied and evolving work environments.
  • You have strong analytical and synthesis skills, and a spirit of initiative.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
