PwC is seeking an Architect / Engineer to join as Head of Technical Services in the Real Estate Transactions area. We are looking for a proactive, flexible individual with high leadership and team management capabilities, client and business-oriented, with experience in the real estate sector and the ability to work in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment. The successful candidate will participate in and lead various technical Real Estate projects, coordinating internal and external teams.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Architect / Engineer (Industrial or Building)
- Very High Level of English
- Required experience: 12+ years
- Experience in team management and project coordination.
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the following aspects will be valued:
- Advanced knowledge of technical, urban planning, environmental, and building regulations.
- Coordination, review, and supervision of technical and environmental Due Diligence.
- Project and contract management, preferably in international projects.
- Previous experience in construction, site supervision, and/or project management.
- Interaction with clients, investors, funds, developers, legal advisors, and other real estate sector agents.
- Ability to identify technical, constructive, regulatory, and environmental risks in real estate assets.
- Experience in preparing proposals, presentations, and business development.
- Knowledge of BIM.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability; LEED, BREEAM, WELL or Passivhaus accreditations.
- Ability to plan, organize, manage deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
