Job Description:
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform analysis of blood, urine, CSF, and other body fluids, ensure result accuracy, issue reports, and communicate abnormal results to concerned doctors/consultants.
- Perform daily quality controls, review LJ plots, participate in proficiency testing, troubleshoot routine issues, and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Operate and calibrate analyzers, perform routine maintenance, manage sample receipt, storage, repeat/rejection as per SOPs, and report equipment issues to supervisors.
- Maintain stock of kits and consumables, monitor daily inventory consumption, maintain laboratory records, logs, and support data entry activities.
- Assist in training juniors and trainees, support method verification and departmental quality initiatives, and perform additional laboratory duties assigned by the supervisor.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: B.Sc/ M.Sc/ MLT/ BS/ MS in Biological Sciences
- Experience: 03 to 05 years of experience as Technologist within Chemical Pathology
- Job Shift: Rotational (Morning, Evening & Night)
