Eligibility / Qualification Required:

We are hiring a QA & Documentation Manager to support a large-scale digital transformation program within a leading private hospital in Riyadh. The role focuses on ensuring quality assurance and documentation governance across Hospital Information System (HIS) implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement QA processes for system deployments
- Lead functional, integration, and UAT testing activities
- Track defects, test results, and quality metrics
- Ensure accurate documentation of testing and validation outcomes
- Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, and governance
- Review technical documents, SOPs, and implementation guides
- Maintain centralized documentation across projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent quality standards
Requirements:
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in QA, testing, or documentation management
- Experience in enterprise system implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, and reporting
- Experience in healthcare IT, HIS, EMR/EHR systems preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
