Your future role as a
Business Transformation Consultant involves participation in complex
business transformation projects aimed at optimizing or scaling businesses (e.g., changes in operating models, strategy implementation, technological transformation, post-merger integration). It provides support in implementing project modules for clients across various industries in Poland and abroad, with an emphasis on supporting the role of a co-owner of the
change management area, in accordance with
PwC methodologies. The Consultant will analyze the impact of process changes related to the implementation of new technologies or organizational changes, and support the design and implementation of change management activities such as stakeholder management, leader support, building engaging communication, defining and mitigating risks, co-planning and executing activities to increase the level of change adoption within the organization. The role also includes contact and effective collaboration with the project team, preparing communication and visualizations for clients according to the change management plan, and developing and documenting project materials. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a consulting firm or minimum 3 years in international corporations.
- Understanding of business fundamentals and a desire to deepen this knowledge through subsequent projects.
- Ability to combine human, business, and technology perspectives.
- Ability to work on projects and experience in executing project elements, managing resources, and schedules – not intimidated by a fast pace and ambitious schedules.
- Ability to persuade and argue effectively.
- High interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and ability to use them in daily work to increase personal and project team efficiency.
- High skills in information analysis using tools like Excel and drawing objective conclusions.
- Proficiency in English and Polish at a level enabling free work (C1).
- Interest in implementing projects in various parts of Poland and abroad.
- Knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation).
- Completed higher education.
Desirable Qualifications:
