Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to the HR Director and Human Resources Department. This role is responsible for managing administrative operations, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring the smooth execution of HR-related activities and communications.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide direct administrative support to the HR Director.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and departmental schedules.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Organize and maintain confidential HR records and documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and departmental activities when required.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external HR communications.
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, onboarding sessions, and HR initiatives.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support communication between HR and other departments across the organization.
Documentation & Records Management
- Maintain accurate filing systems for HR documents and records.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance when handling employee information.
- Prepare and review documents, letters, memos, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Track departmental requests and maintain organized records.
Operational Support
- Assist with HR projects, reports, and departmental initiatives.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate administrative requirements.
- Support process improvement initiatives and administrative efficiency.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the HR Director.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or office administration.
- Previous experience supporting senior management or HR departments is preferred.
Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
