Your Missions: Within the Risk & Finance team (about fifteen people), you will work in major banking establishments in a consulting role with financial departments and bank reporting teams on all financial reporting issues, both accounting and regulatory. Your role covers a wide scope, combining technical expertise, transformation projects, and process security:

• Assistance to clients on technical issues related to financial, accounting and/or prudential reporting
• Contribution to the resolution of technical issues related to complex and/or exceptional operations (M&A transactions, normative developments, specific operations, regulatory requirements)
• Optimization of financial impacts in the structuring of capital operations or new products/activities
• Contribution to transformation projects (organization, processes, tools) or securing financial reporting processes
• Implementation of remediation plans in contexts of crises related to financial reporting (fraud, error, crisis situations...)
• Contribution to consulting missions related to the financial communication of our clients and the upward flow of information to governance bodies

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Graduate of an accounting, finance or audit program with 2 to 4 years of experience.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in banking financial reporting, acquired in a banking environment within a financial department and/or an audit firm.
• Experience in external audit of banking clients is a strong asset for this position.
• Mastery of accounting fundamentals; exposure to prudential/regulatory subjects is appreciated.
• Strong team spirit, good interpersonal skills, rigor, curiosity for technology and regulation.
• Proficiency in Pack Office (PPT, Excel).
• Professional English level (B2/C1).
