Expert IT Project Manager to drive successful project deliveries. This role offers opportunities in
IT consulting and advanced
AI-powered project management. Your future responsibilities include comprehensive
project delivery, stakeholder relationship management, project planning, execution, team management, and detailed reporting, making this a pivotal
senior project management role at PwC.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 12 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager for end-to-end software delivery
- Experience with large-scale projects for broadly understood CRM systems
- Previous Project Manager role in a large consulting firm
- Proven track record in delivering projects in an international environment
- Perfect communication and presentation skills
- Positive thinking and problem-solving attitude
- Business orientation
- Product Ownership experience
- Experience in communication at the Partner or C-level
- Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
- Experience in using GenAI supporting project delivery
- Practical knowledge of Scrum framework
- Strong practical knowledge of common project management methods and standards (Prince 2, PMI, AGILE PM)
- Additional role beyond project management, preferably in business development area
- Change management experience
- Ability to speak and write Polish and English fluently.
