Within Consulting, the Operational Solutions (OPSOL) Business Unit brings together nearly 300 employees around the professions of Accounting Expertise, Operational Support, and Payroll Outsourcing. - Plan, execute, and supervise the complete lifecycle of IT projects, both technical and functional, for major clients across all sectors (Banking, Finance, Insurance, Energy, Luxury, Services, etc.), ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and defined objectives.
- Produce essential reports and dashboards for project monitoring.
- Work in close collaboration with users and stakeholders to understand their functional needs, identify opportunities for improving processes, tools, and/or IT systems.
- Collaborate with development teams, technical teams, and project managers to ensure that proposed solutions meet functional requirements and are implemented effectively.
- Identify potential project risks and implement associated action plans.
