Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in maintaining project documentation, plans, and trackers
  • Help enforce PMO methodologies, standards, and controls across projects
  • Support audits such as, but not limited to, internal / external audits and ISO certifications
  • Assist with project reporting and dashboards to provide timely updates on status, risks, and issues
  • Coordinate PMO & PM Team meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up actions
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Maintain and update project management tools and systems
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the PMO

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a project support or PMO role, preferably within a technology environment
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools an advantage (e.g., MS Project /planner, JIRA, MS Teams, Monday.com)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders
