Main mission: Strengthen the AI Change & Adoption team by assisting businesses in adopting AI and Microsoft digital solutions (Copilot-first), with a focus on usage, adoption, and value creation. This role is crucial for driving **digital transformation** and **AI adoption** within the organization, leveraging **Microsoft Copilot** and other **Microsoft 365** tools for enhanced productivity and innovation. Key responsibilities include:
- Change management and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools
- Implementation and promotion of Microsoft Copilot uses
- Design of Low Code solutions via Copilot Studio
- Automation of business processes with Power Automate
- Functional and technical support for business teams
- Contribution to usage-oriented AI POCs/MVPs
- Participation in training and dissemination of AI culture
HR Positioning: PwC – Grade A. This is an operational contributor role with strong business exposure, working under supervision with progressive autonomy development.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
