Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM and related functional areas (Absences, Compensations, Talent).
  • Manage tenant configuration, Business Process Frameworks, and functional and security dependencies.
  • Provide end-to-end support for annual cycles (performance, talent, compensation) for large user populations.
  • Perform mass data operations using EIBs, MOM, calculated fields, purges, and migrations between tenants.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex functional incidents, evaluating impacts on different Workday modules and integrations.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT teams, and business stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Provide functional support through ticketing tools, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and information security standards.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • More than 4 years of practical experience in Workday HCM, including Absences, Compensations, and/or Talent.
  • Solid understanding of core HR processes and employee data.
  • Experience supporting global or regional Workday tenants in large-scale multinational environments.
  • Proven experience in Workday configuration, business processes, EIBs, mass data uploads, and configuration migrations.
  • Knowledge of additional modules (Benefits, Reporting, Recruiting, Onboarding, Security, Payroll – CA/UK) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate cross-functional impacts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a support/AMS model with ticketing systems and operational KPIs.
  • Understand the importance of correct information management.
  • Knowledge of information security and data protection.
  • Correct management of information security.
