If you are convinced that the energy transition also involves a deep digitalization of customer relationships and the commercial chain (CRM, customer care, pricing, billing & invoicing) and you are passionate about the digital energy ecosystem, then this opportunity is for you. Our Digital Energy & Utilities team supports sector players in the digital transformation of their B2B and B2C customer activities, from defining operational models and digital roadmaps to piloting digital transformation programs from the upstream framing phases to the operational implementation of digital platforms. We intervene on structuring subjects, at the crossroads of business, IT, and data challenges, in a context marked by the arrival of new disruptive players, evolving customer expectations, new offers related to the energy transition, and opportunities offered by AI to simultaneously improve customer experience and our clients' performance.
As Director Energy & Utilities – Digital Customer Transformation (B2B/B2C), you play a key role in the design, steering, and success of complex digital transformations:
  • Define digital operational models for B2B/B2C customer relationships and the commercial chain focused on customer satisfaction and performance, integrating AI changes at their core.
  • Conduct maturity diagnostics and design digital roadmaps for customer relationships and the commercial chain (CRM, Customer Care, Pricing, Billing & invoicing).
  • Architect and steer large-scale digital transformation programs, ensuring both functional framing and architecture, alignment between business needs and technological solutions, and program implementation.
You will also contribute to:
  • Commercial development of the Digital Energy & Utilities team.
  • Growth, skill development of teams, and supervision of a rapidly growing team.
  • Production of Thought Leadership (Offers, viewpoints, articles...).
With the entire Management Group, you define and lead our team and our development plan.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Graduate of an engineering or business school, or university graduate with a 3rd cycle degree.
  • Over 12 years of experience in consulting, with at least 7 years in roadmap definition, framing, and project management for B2B/B2C client relationship digitalization and CRM redesign, or billing platforms for energy.
  • Knowledge of one or more solutions/platforms such as SAP-ISU, Salesforce, Microsoft, Gentrack, Kraken or Kaluza and concrete experience in integrating AI (business use cases, automation, … ) in these contexts.
  • Significant experience as a project manager and team management with annual budgets over €2M and team sizes of more than 10 people.
  • Demonstrated ability in commercial development and customer relationship management with an appetite for digital and new technologies in general.
  • Comfortable in demanding, complex, and innovative environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
