In transfer pricing at PwC, you will focus on providing guidance and support to clients on transfer pricing matters. In this field, you will help businesses establish and maintain appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities, maintaining compliance with tax regulations and minimising the risk of disputes. As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum Education: Recognized university degree and/or professional accounting qualification.
- Required Experience: Strong business technical knowledge with at least 2-3 years’ experience in Transfer Pricing consultancy, ideally in a professional services organization.
- Specific Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate an understanding of complex TP concepts and effectively apply economic/financial knowledge to client situations.
- Proactively managing a portfolio of clients and projects including all aspects of financial and risk management.
- Working with clients and helping them to manage their transfer pricing risk.
- Analyze information.
- Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's economic situation and arrive at logical conclusions.
- Develop and deliver quality transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely and responsive services / work products.
- Prepare documentation, participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs), defend transfer pricing in audits, work in the valuation of intangible assets; and develop quality, practical planning services.
- Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above.
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
