Our auditors are advisors who look at company operations holistically, utilizing their experience, competencies, and technologies in the provision of audit services. Within this area, we work in General Audit for commercial, manufacturing, and service enterprises, as well as in Financial Institutions Audit. We build lasting business relationships with our clients, thoroughly analyzing their company strategies and operating principles. Working in our Assurance Competency Center, you will have the opportunity to work directly with a large and diverse group of clients, using the latest available technologies to perform audit work in key areas of financial audit. We are looking for: Specialist | Assurance Competency Center (Audit). Your future role: participation in the implementation of projects for companies from various sectors of the economy, both huge corporations and local enterprises, learning and practically applying various business analytics tools, and proposing and implementing innovative solutions in the area of financial audit, building and maintaining relationships with both external and internal clients to ensure high quality of services, supporting the process of standardizing selected audit procedures.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Knowledge of the basics of finance / accounting or the practical functioning of business processes in enterprises.
- Ready for full-time employment.
- Intermediate Excel skills (ability to work with data).
- Higher education (preferred financial or technical fields, e.g., engineering).
- Professional experience in data analysis is an additional asset.
- Highly developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility for entrusted tasks.
- Enjoys working in a team.
- Communicative level of English.
