A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data Ability to grasp business insights from different sources of data, and a willingness to share insights. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Eagerness to learn and grow within the role Up to 3 years of previous experience. Prior experience in market research, consumer insights or Data Analytics is a plus but not required Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
