Your responsibilities as an M&A advisor in Transaction Services, you will play a central role in projects where you will, among other things: Guide and advise clients through the financial due diligence process in connection with acquisitions and divestments. Take part in the full project cycle — from planning, data review and management interviews to presenting conclusions in reports and client meetings. Analyse financial data, identify key value drivers, risks and red flags, and translate analyses into clear recommendations. Advise on acquisitions and divestments, including analysis and optimisation of working capital, normalised earnings and purchase price mechanisms. Contribute to project management, quality assurance and the development of junior colleagues, depending on your level of experience.

Dine ansvarsområder
Som M&A-rådgiver i Transaction Services vil du få en central rolle i projekter, hvor du blandt andet skal:

- Bidrage til projektledelse, kvalitetssikring og udvikling af yngre kolleger afhængigt af dit erfaringsniveau.

Kvalifikationer
Du har mindst to års relevant erhvervserfaring (fuld tid) fra fx revision, transaction services, corporate finance, controlling, consulting eller en lignende rolle. Vi søger profiler på senior associate- eller manager-niveau, og det vigtigste er, at du har et stærkt analytisk fundament, forretningsforståelse og interesse for M&A. Derudover forestiller vi os, at du:

- trives med projektarbejde, deadlines og høje kvalitetskrav
