You’ll be part of our Financial Services Governance, Risk & Compliance team within Assurance, working with leading insurers in Belgium and internationally. In a landscape shaped by regulation, data, digital transformation and evolving client expectations, you’ll help insurance companies navigate complexity and transform their organisations. You’ll contribute to strengthening their risk, regulatory and operating models while improving efficiency, resilience and long-term performance.

As a Senior Associate, you will contribute to a wide variety of transformation and advisory projects with tangible client impact. Your day will involve working on risk, regulatory and transformation projects across insurance companies; analysing regulatory developments and assessing their impact on governance, processes, systems and operating models; supporting the design and implementation of target operating models and process improvements; contributing to transformation initiatives, leveraging data, AI and innovative technologies; and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver structured, high-quality solutions. This role is crucial for regulatory compliance and risk management within the insurance industry, offering a path for career growth in consulting and assurance services.

You’ll be part of our Financial Services Governance, Risk & Compliance team within Assurance, working with leading insurers in Belgium and internationally.
