This Administrative Assistant role provides comprehensive support to business units in various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include assisting with business travel arrangements and expense reimbursements (e.g., iTime entries), supporting internal meeting arrangements (e.g., booking conference rooms), preparing various documents such as tax reports, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files, handling tax report conversions, processing business card applications, managing mail, and updating extension lists. The position also involves general administrative support (e.g., photocopying, binding, document organization) and assistance with business administration systems like Salesforce, NeXT, and file management systems. Furthermore, the role provides public administrative support for the Tax Department, including general administration and general affairs assistance, and handles other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
