Contribute to creating a better tomorrow. The only way we can tackle the challenges of this fast-changing world is with passionate people. Led by our purpose of building trust and solving important problems, we come together at PwC to address the biggest issues facing the world in a way that drives positive impact. Are you eager to join a team fuelled by open and curious minds? People who are passionate about their work and create new solutions for a new day? Then you’re at the right place. Bring your talent. Learn new skills. Make a positive impact. In risk landscape that keeps evolving at fast-pace, robust Enterprise Risk Management frameworks have become central for financial institutions. Not only are they impacted by increasing regulatory requirements, but also by a rising number of threats and risks arising from their technology-driven activities, dependencies to service providers and cyber incidents. In that context, supervisory authorities are expecting financial services institutions to achieve better governance, transparency and accountability through enhanced risk management frameworks and disclosure but also demonstrate resilience by building operational resilience plans. We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Senior Associate to join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or ERM roles, with a strong understanding of non-financial risks and regulatory expectations. This role involves working closely with clients to assess, design, and implement risk frameworks that enhance resilience and strategic decision-making. Want to join a dynamic team of experts advising the big players of the Financial Services market in Belgium (and abroad)? Looking for an opportunity to work on various types of assignments, including providing advice and expertise on risk regulatory projects, helping clients implement new regulations from start to finish by assessing the impacts on the target operating model (governance, processes, people, systems, etc.), and creating value by looking beyond pure compliance? Then join our Financial Services team, where you’ll learn how our experts help the sector manage the evolution of their businesses and advise on their risk and regulatory agendas in a climate of rapid digitisation.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in ERM, risk advisory, or internal audit within financial services.
