PwC Luxembourg is hiring a Senior Associate in Derivatives & Structured Products (m/f/d). Your mission as a Senior Associate within our practice will be to perform and carry out valuation analysis and reviews of a wide spectrum of Over the Counter (OTC) Derivatives and Structured Products, assessing the reasonableness of valuations and financial models in the context of financial reporting and assurance related engagements, as well as providing exposure to advisory engagements. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Master’s and/or Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, including but not limited to financial engineering or finance.
- 3+ years of experience since graduation (as either an Analyst, Associate and/or Senior Associate in a Big4 and/or a Bank, and/or any other Financial Institutions).
- Sound understanding of financial markets, knowledge of and exposure to OTC Derivatives and Structured Products.
- Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of valuation principles, techniques and models with regards to OTC Derivatives and Structured Products.
- Strong analytical skills, problem solver, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, autonomous and enjoying working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to research and analyse pertinent client, industry, and financial matters, while demonstrating strong technical and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of industry softwares and tools (i.e. Bloomberg, Super Derivatives, Refinitiv, and/or advanced Excel modelling).
- Perfect command of English, both written and verbally, within a professional services business environment.
