We are looking for a Workday Product Manager. Your future role will involve managing the product lifecycle within Workday HCM (Core HCM and Recruiting), developing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing releases. You will be responsible for designing and delivering product solutions from concept to end-of-life, building strong stakeholder relationships across cultures and time zones, and managing and coaching Product Owners within the scrum team. Collaboration cross-functionally with system architecture, risk, legal, and operations teams, along with applying design thinking principles and maintaining a customer-first mindset, are also key aspects of this role. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- A high school diploma.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in product management or product delivery within Workday or related areas.
- Knowledge of product management processes, including roadmap creation and release management.
- Ability to work independently, plan tasks, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Certifications such as AIPMM Certified Product Manager or Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO).
- Familiarity with product management tools and agile methodologies.
