Within our Operations practice, the Energy & Networks team supports players in the energy, utilities, and natural resources sectors in their strategic, operational, and technological transformations. We intervene with clients facing profound changes: energy transition, carbon sobriety, infrastructure modernization, securing supply chains, and adaptation to a constantly evolving regulatory environment. This is a sector in full transformation facing structuring challenges: acceleration of the transition towards decarbonized and sustainable energy systems, strengthening of energy security, resilience, and sovereignty, profound transformation of industrial models and critical infrastructures, integration of digital, data & AI technologies to optimize operations and investments. Our way of accelerating and securing the success of their transformations: definition of industrial and energy strategies to guide structuring decisions and investments, design and structuring of transformation programs (organizational, technological, operational), steering and securing the execution of major industrial and energy projects, sustainable performance improvement: operational efficiency, cost optimization, industrial excellence, and governance. This role focuses on energy consulting jobs and digital transformation consultant opportunities within the rapidly evolving energy sector transformation.
Your missions will include gaining skills on high-impact assignments with major industrial and energy players, across all their transformations: strategic studies, upstream analyses, design and structuring of large industrial and energy programs, portfolio steering of initiatives, and support for highly complex transformation projects. You will strengthen your functional skills through internal and certifying training, while developing your sector expertise with direct exposure to the structuring trends in energy, utilities, and resources. You will integrate a team where kindness, empathy, and collaboration are a daily reality, with a managerial culture focused on trust and the desire to develop and support our employees. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You are an engineering school graduate.
- You have confirmed experience in consulting with players in the EU&R sector or significant experience within an energy and utilities player.
- Your curiosity and rigor allow you to apprehend varied, often multidisciplinary situations, in international contexts.
- You are comfortable with digital tools (collaborative tools, data analysis and/or visualization tools, etc.).
- You are comfortable working daily in English and French (written and oral).
