What does this role do? It is the technical referent for ServiceNow within the product team. Its focus is on designing solutions that connect business requirements with the platform's capabilities, minimizing customizations and maximizing the use of the standard product. Main responsibilities: Design technical solutions aligned with the business. Manage the product roadmap and define new functionalities. Translate requirements into user stories and technical specifications. Be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for one or more ServiceNow modules. Guide development teams and clients in the correct use of the platform.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow implementer or architect.
- Relevant certifications (idealmente Certified Technical Architect).
- Experience in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Graduate of an IT Bachelor's degree or similar.
- Advanced English.
- Understanding the importance of correct information management.
- Knowledge in information security and data protection.
- Correct information security management.
