Your Responsibilities: Collaboration on processes throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding, contract changes, transfers, offboarding, and employment references) Creation and management of HR-relevant documents as well as maintenance of HR data Collaboration with various HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Total Rewards, and Employee & Labor Relations Support for employees and managers in operational HR topics Collaboration on HR projects and initiatives to improve Employee Experience Identification of optimization potential and active participation in shaping efficient HR processes WHAT WE OFFER Continuous mentorship: you will work with motivated people and receive day-to-day mentoring from your manager.
