This role involves participation in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout, and evolutionary maintenance projects, offering significant PwC Careers opportunities.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Participation in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout, and evolutionary maintenance projects.
- Analysis of business needs and definition of functional requirements.
- System configuration in different SuccessFactors modules.
- Preparation of functional documentation (BBP, design, test, training).
- Execution of tests (unit, integrated, and UAT).
- Client interaction and support in decision-making.
- Post-implementation support and incident resolution.
- Collaboration in pre-sales activities and commercial proposals.
- Experience in one or more of the following modules will be valued:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Recruiting (RCM/RMK)
- Onboarding
- Performance & Goals (PMGM)
- Succession & Development (Succession/CDP)
- Compensation & Variable Pay
- Learning (LMS)
- Workforce Analytics / People Analytics
- Integrations (SAP CPI, APIs, IAS/IPS)
- High level of English (minimum B2/C1).
