Our approach combines industry experience with data analytics and practical sector knowledge. Projects typically start early in the deal cycle and deliver concrete operational upsides that directly influence the deal offer. In your role, you will:
- Identify operational gaps at leading businesses and provide recommendations that drive value creation;
- Develop implementation plans and quantify savings using a driver-based approach and industry benchmarking data;
- Drive transformation initiatives with a focus on short- and long-term value realization;
- Manage client relationships at both executive and operational level throughout all project phases;
- Contribute to our core services: Operational Due Diligence, Pre-deal Value Creation, and Carve-out support.
You recognize yourself in this
You are analytical, commercially minded and enjoy working closely with clients and colleagues in a dynamic deal environment. You communicate clearly, take initiative, and know how to motivate people around you to deliver high-quality advice.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in (deals) consulting, operational performance improvement, corporate M&A teams, COO support roles or specialized operations consulting;
- A university degree in Business Administration, Science, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline;
- Solid understanding of one or more core operational functions (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Working Capital, Procurement, Sales);
- Comfortable working with and interpreting financial information;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; professional level of Dutch is highly appreciated.
