PwC Luxembourg is hiring a Senior Associate Investment Fund Reporting (m/f/d). In this role, you will be part of a team of tax and regulatory reporting experts responsible for the preparation and review of investor tax and regulatory reporting for investment funds (UCITS and Alternatives). You will support international clients across various jurisdictions, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include analyzing investment fund accounting information, performing tax figure calculations, preparing German tax reporting, and collaborating on digital transformation initiatives using automation, data analytics, and AI-powered solutions. You will also address client tax queries across international tax frameworks and have opportunities to work on regulatory reporting such as Solvency II, AIFMD, VAG, SFDR, and CRR reporting. You will also manage, support, and develop a team of junior collaborators.

  • Work in a team of tax and regulatory reporting experts responsible for the preparation and review of investor tax and regulatory reporting for investment funds (UCITS and Alternatives), supporting our international clients across various jurisdictions and ensuring tax and regulatory compliance with applicable local and global requirements.
  • Include the analysis and treatment of investment fund accounting information, the performance of calculations of the tax figures as well as the preparation and review of the final investor tax reporting such as German tax reporting;
  • Collaborate on the continuous improvement and digital transformation of our reporting processes by exploring automation, data analytics and emerging AI-powered solutions to enhance efficiency, quality and client service;
  • Address and support client tax queries across international tax frameworks at the investor, fund, and investment levels.;
  • Have the opportunity to work closely with other tax and accounting teams in Luxembourg and with our Asset Management network worldwide;
  • Have the opportunity to work on regulatory reporting for investment funds such as Solvency II reporting, AIFMD reporting, VAG reporting, SFDR reporting, CRR reporting…
  • Be managing, supporting, developing a team of junior collaborators.

Let’s talk about you. If you have …

  • A university degree in economics, management or law, with a major in tax legislation and taxation;
  • At least 3 years of experience within the international tax department of a commercial company, an audit/tax firm with focus on the fund industry as an asset;
  • You are flexible and autonomous;
  • You are interested in the Asset Management industry and you want to work with important Asset Managers;
  • Your analytical and critical skills, your intellectual rigor and your writing skills will be key to help you succeed in this position;
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office package, data automation, Agentic AI is a plus;
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of German or French would be considered as an asset.
