Business Analyst cum Application Tester to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. This role is crucial for leveraging
Information Technology (IT) solutions to achieve competitive advantage within the firm. The successful candidate will be involved in gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring application quality through thorough testing across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). This position is ideal for experienced

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5 –7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Application Tester, or hybrid role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), STLC (Software Testing Lifecycle), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing.
- Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Manual functional Testing.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium.
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Exposure to API testing (Postman, SOAP UI).
- Platform knowledge (Low Code Platforms, RPA and Data Tools).
