This role involves providing a range of consulting and execution services, including:
- Application services for overseas, mainland Chinese, outbound, and inbound investments.
- Consulting and execution services for enterprise mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring projects.
- Liaison and communication with clients and regulatory authorities.
- Services for company establishment, registration changes, and capital verification.
- Services for the establishment, changes, and operation/maintenance of overseas companies.
- Assisting in providing consulting services on company law, securities exchange law, and other related investment laws.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Business academic background, preferably with an introductory accounting course.
- English proficiency required, must have Linguaskill score of 150 / TOEIC score of 650 or equivalent standard in other English tests.
- Relevant work experience of 1-2 years or more is preferred.
- No experience required.
