PwC’s Digital Identity & Access Management portfolio spans strategy, implementation, and managed services, providing an opportunity to lead engagements end-to-end — from defining IAM strategies and target operating models to implementing enterprise and cloud-based IAM solutions.
In this Senior Associate role, you will deliver Digital Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects with deep understanding of IAM solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, Ping, Okta, etc.). Key responsibilities include defining IAM strategies and frameworks that support business objectives and align with regulatory requirements, designing IAM architectures (covering IGA, PIM, SSO/Federation & Directory solutions) aligned with enterprise security, Zero Trust, and cloud transformation strategies. You will also develop IAM blueprints, technical patterns, and reference architectures integrating modern identity solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The role involves understanding business requirements and translating them into system requirements, developing identity management governance plans, and understanding the current regulatory environment and its implications to identity management and security/audit compliance. You will also be involved in Identity & Access Governance, customizing IDM product functionality, hands-on experience with programming and scripting languages such as Java and JavaScript for customization and integration, recommending improvements, creating and maintaining documentation, providing solutions for platform stability and enhancements, supporting sales and business development, and coaching and mentoring junior team members.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent education
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with IAM suite (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping etc), Virtual Directory, Identity Federation
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft etc
- Essential Skills:
- Professional certifications – Relevant cybersecurity certification, CISSP/CISA/CISM and/or OEM certifications (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping etc )
- Experience with one or more databases such as Oracle, IBM and MS SQL
- Demonstrated technical leadership skills to manage and direct junior level staff
- Working knowledge of Red hat Enterprise Linux, Windows OS
- Hands-on on running and developing queries to fetch data in the Production environment
- Demonstrated track record as a team player
- Strong oral and written communication skills and analytical skills
