ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Effective HR Data Coordinator & Advisor for specific department(s) First point of contact for Employee Relations: mastering and driving independently employee experience elements, such as employee relations, relocation & expats, performance management systems, recognition programs, capability building etc., to enable a performance culture, clear and effective policies, systems, and processes that support Business strategies and enable employee peak performance Data Reporting, by providing regular and ad-hoc data reports with insights Effective communication with various stakeholders and for wide audiences Involvement in various other organizational projects and initiatives Stewardship and Compliance in relation with the Swiss regulations WHAT WE OFFER: Responsibilities as of Day 1 – You will be given concrete projects and feel the ownership for them from the beginning.
