Job Description:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s growth and succession plans.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, campus engagements, and industry partnerships.
- Lead the recruitment process for leadership, technical, and critical manufacturing positions.
- Employer Branding
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as a top manufacturing employer.
- Oversee recruitment marketing to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Partner with marketing and communications to create engaging content showcasing workplace culture, values, and employee success stories.
- Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and educational institutions to promote the employer brand.
- Leverage digital and social media platforms to increase visibility among target talent pools.
- Talent Management & Retention
- Design and implement talent retention programs based on employee feedback, industry trends, and internal data.
- Partner with business leaders to create career paths, internal mobility plans, and succession planning frameworks.
- Identify and address skills gaps through targeted learning and development interventions.
- Conduct regular talent reviews to assess performance, readiness, and engagement levels.
- Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition & Management team to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with department heads to anticipate workforce needs and align talent strategies accordingly.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform workforce planning decisions.
- Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure recruitment and talent processes comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Adopt best practices and innovative tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and employee engagement.
Education:
- MBA HR or relevant degree with HR Certification
Experience:
- 10 years of relevant experience
