This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with no direct reports, ideal for someone passionate about achieving best-in-class color accuracy and print excellence. You will act as the subject matter expert in color management and print execution, ensuring high-quality production of packaging and label materials while maintaining strict alignment with brand guidelines, design intent, and vendor specifications.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Perform preflight checks and ensure files meet all technical and print requirements. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. 3+ years of experience in color management, prepress, or print production (preferably in packaging or CPG). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and prepress tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, preflight software, Esko or equivalent). Skills: Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
