Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to support and manage core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR experience within the UAE and strong knowledge of MOHRE processes, visa requirements, and company HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Issue offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and ensure all new joiner documents are completed and filed properly.
Employee Relations & HR Support
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues professionally.
- Support performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and ensure information accuracy and confidentiality.
HR Operations & Administration
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, cancelations, and all MOHRE-related transactions.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain HRMS data, and ensure timely updates of employee information.
- Support payroll preparation by providing attendance, leaves, and other HR-related data.
- Monitor annual leave, sick leave, and ensure proper documentation in line with company policy.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure company policies adhere to UAE labor regulations.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and disciplinary procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE ( Hotel and Restaurant Environment).
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, MOHRE, visa processing, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle and other HRMS tools.
- Knowledgeable in Emiratisation, Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
- Willing to work in Abu dhabi, UAE.
