This Senior Associate level position is for a Network Security Engineer within the Advisory Line of Service, specializing in Information Technology (IT). The role is remote and covers the LATAM region.
We are currently looking for a Network Security Engineer to join a global team focused on perimeter security and firewall operations within enterprise environments. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in Palo Alto firewalls, looking to work in a dynamic, high-impact security team.
🚀 Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage, configure, and support Palo Alto firewall environments in enterprise settings
- Perform incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis related to network security
- Implement and maintain security policies, rules, and configurations
- Support VPNs, proxies, IPS, and perimeter security technologies
- Work closely with global teams to ensure secure and reliable network operations
- Contribute to continuous security improvements and operational excellence
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- ✅ Mandatory Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls (MUST HAVE)
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and security principles
- Experience in firewall administration and incident management
- Advanced English level (MUST HAVE – daily interaction with global teams)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network/security issues
- âž• Nice to Have:
- PCNSE certification (or willingness to obtain it)
- Experience with cloud networking (Azure preferred)
- Exposure to packet analysis, monitoring, and logging tools
- Experience in large-scale / enterprise environments
