Eligibility / Qualification Required:

    • Experience and familiarity in the following analytics and visualization tools such as: SAS, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI and/or analytical programming language such as: R, Python.
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and manage an environment of rapid change and development, and lead others through this process.
    • Readiness to learn and eagerness to grow, not only in technical but also business acumen.
    • Strong attention to details and ability to multi-task.
    • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Minimum years experience required:
    • 1 year analytics/research experience delivering analytics-driven solutions for internal stakeholders.
  • Education:
    • Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in quantitative fields such as Banking and Finance, Economics and other related fields.

    • Technically inclined and self-driven to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies.
    • Ability to articulate analytical findings to less-technical business-savvy audience.
    • Good problem solving skills, can work with confidence unsupervised, and able to manage multiple concurrent work streams.
    • Highly pragmatic, using technology to solve problems expediently.
